How it works

Renting with us is this simple.

  1. Choose your dates

    Tell us when you pick up and when you return. We show you the car and the full price before you confirm.

  2. Pay on return

    Leave a security deposit at pickup; pay for the rental at the end, by card or bank transfer.

  3. Pick up at the counter

    We wait for you at the Las Américas Airport entrance with your car ready.

  4. Return it to the same place

    When you are done, bring it back to the same counter at the time set in your booking.

Requirements

What you need to rent.

Please have these documents at hand when you reach the counter. That way the hand-over is quick and you leave with everything in order.

  • Valid driving licenceValid for the whole rental period.
  • National ID or passportPhoto identification of the person who holds the booking.
  • Credit cardIn the name of the person who holds the booking.

You pay for the rental when you return the car, by card or by bank transfer; a security deposit is left at pickup. If you have any doubt about your documents, ask us before you travel and we will gladly help.

Where do I pick up the car?

At our counter on Calle Ruta 66 No. 27, at the entrance of Las Américas International Airport, La Caleta, Boca Chica. Pick-up and return both take place there.

Do you deliver to hotels or homes?

No. So that every hand-over is calm and the car is checked in front of you, pick-up and return always take place at our counter next to the airport.

What are your opening hours?

We are open 24 hours, every day. You can pick up and return your car at the time stated in your booking.

When and how do I pay?

When you return the car. You book with nothing upfront; at pickup you leave a security deposit and, when the rental is closed, you pay for the actual days by card or bank transfer.

Which documents do I need?

A valid driving licence, a national ID or passport, and a credit card in the name of the person who holds the booking.

What if my flight is delayed?

Message us on WhatsApp with your booking number. As the counter is open 24 hours, we will attend to you when you arrive.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Write to us with your booking number and we will explain your options under the conditions of your rate, which we share with you when you book.
